The representative of X5 Retail Group, one of the leading multi-format retail companies in Russia, conducted an audit of the food production of the supplier - the White Kremlin brewery.

The supplier audit program provides for regular inspections of food production facilities. The overall assessment of the enterprise is classified into four categories: category "A" - the enterprise meets the requirements of quality standards, "B" - insignificant deviations of the requirements of quality standards were revealed, "C" - the potential risk of violations of quality stability, "D" - the presence of critical inconsistencies.

Testing was carried out on 10 fields requirements checklist. According to the results, our enterprise "White Kremlin brewery» was assigned the “A” category. This means that the production meets the requirements
